- High-risk professional advice or automated decisions in legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, insurance, credit or similar areas without appropriate human review and legal compliance.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for prompts, files, inputs, outputs, integrations and end users. You must secure API keys, monitor your application, review AI outputs before publication or decision-making, obtain required rights and consent, and respond promptly to abuse, safety or billing reports.
Enforcement
Prismatic API may block requests, throttle usage, suspend accounts, revoke keys, disable PAYG, remove access to specific models, report unlawful activity, or terminate access when usage creates legal, safety, provider, payment or service risk.
