Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains subscription cancellations, wallet credits, consumed API usage, crypto payments, failed payments and refund requests for Prismatic API.
1. Subscription cancellations
You may request cancellation through the available account, checkout-provider or support flow. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law, stated at checkout, or approved by support for a documented billing error or service issue.
2. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be approved when required by law, when a duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed, when a payment provider requires a refund, or when Prismatic API approves an exception for a documented service or billing issue.
- Refund requests should include the account email, organization, payment date, amount, payment provider reference if available, and reason for the request.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.
- Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, crypto provider or merchant-of-record workflow.
3. Wallet credits and usage
Wallet credits, prepaid balances, crypto payments and consumed API usage are generally non-refundable once confirmed or used. Wallet credits are service credits only and are not a bank account, stored-value account, cash deposit or transferable balance.
4. Failed payments, chargebacks and abuse
Failed payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, payment-provider reversals or abuse of refund processes may result in suspension, downgrade, wallet hold, key revocation or collection of unpaid amounts.
5. Contact
For cancellation, billing or refund help, contact support@prismaticapi.com. If a merchant-of-record or checkout provider presents mandatory terms at checkout, those terms may also apply to the payment transaction.
